TARAYAKO Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

a. We accept returns for products within 3-days from the date of purchase.

b. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

 

2. How to Initiate a Return

a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@tarayako.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

b. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

 

3. Return Shipping

a. If the return is due to our error (for example, defective product or wrong item shipped), we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

b. If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

4. Refund Process

a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

b. Please allow 28-days for the refund to be processed.

 

5. Non-Returnable Items

·         Customized or Personalized Items:

·         Products that have been customized, engraved, or personalized according to the customer's specifications

·         Perishable Goods:

·         Clearance or Final Sale Items:

·         Products explicitly marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase

·         Event Tickets:

·         Downloadable Software or Licenses:

·         Software licenses and digital products that have been activated or downloaded

·         Opened or Used Products:

·         Items that have been opened, used, or partially consumed

·         Shipping Costs:

·         Shipping and handling fees, unless the return is due to an error on the part of the ecommerce platform

·         Items Damaged Due to Customer Negligence:

·         Products damaged due to improper use, mishandling, or neglect by the customer

·         Undergarments and Swimwear:

·         For hygiene reasons, returns on undergarments and swimwear may be restricted

·         Custom Orders:

·         Products that are specially ordered or custom-made for the customer

 

6. Exchanges

a. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.

 

7. Cancellations

a. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing the purchase.

 

8. Damaged or Defective Items

a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

 

 

9. Late or Missing Refunds
